Plastics. it kills you slowly

Hye there folks. Its has been quite some time since the implementation of no straw usage in Malaysia. Metal straw have reached "like minded" environmentalist who really in an effort to use less plastic straw. Others buy the straw for trendy purposes only and some even stored the straw until there is no more plastic straw used in the market, then only want to use the metal straw. Such mentality.. Urghh. As everyone knows, plastic straw ban is linked to protection of aquatic wildlife and especially turtle. Why focus on turtle? As far as the eyes can see and even the telescope plus satelites, there is only 1 Earth. From what i learn in a video publish by Kurzgesact in youtube, plastic can be broken down into smaller pieces call microplastic. this happens because of the presence of UV rays from sunlight. you might be thinking. How in the world would a plastic harm you? well now you are going to know about it. Microplastic are small. smaller than a plankton.  As we know, plankton eats smaller stuff to grow. not like the one in spongebob squarepants. we have billions of plankton in just a few feet deep of water in the sea.
